Today we are joined by Dr. Yiftach Ofek, a scholar of political philosophy and modern Jewish history who specializes in the history of political thought and the contemporary crisis of liberalism. He is a former officer in the Israel Defense Forces who served as Head of the NATO and European Union Desk at the IDF Strategic Division. Dr. Ofek went on to earn his PhD from the University of Chicago and currently teaches in the Core Curriculum and the Department of Philosophy and Jewish Thought at Shalem College in Jerusalem.
